it's like..... pop "wannabe" death metal.... as a Slayer, Overkill, Megadeth fan I've got to mention I'm totally insulted by it, somebody was silly enough to claim it's "genius"... genius how, their is no talent evident in this music at all from instrumental to vocal mundane on every level.

@bloat3d I mentioned in the tags section, this is Progressive Death Metal, it's supposed to combine death metal style instrumentation and vocals with electonic, ambiental, dark ambiental, jazz etc depending on the sub-genre of the prog metal the band chooses to follow. The fact that you're so stuck in your Slayer, Overkill, Megadeth world makes this style insulting to you. I;m a fan of Slayer, Megadeth, Overkill too but I'm far from being stuck only and ONLY in the thrash metal area.

@LordXerpentoR i agree with you so much, i my self am a huge fan of megadeth, slayer& metallica but i do like very much other genres&subgenres of metal: viking metal, prog technical metal, prog death with dark ambient elements... this day im exluslively lisetning to acid jazz& metal bands such as Pestilence,nocturnus, spiral acrhitects, amorphis, nightingale, ajatara. the point is: as time goes by we get to explore new things in life and to get rid of the deffensive unflexible attitudes.

@bloat3d for the record, I also like Destruction, Sodom, Onslaught, Deliverance, Razor, Attomica, Mekong Delta, Anacrusis, Coroner, Morbid Saint(Morbid Angel too, don't confuse them) from the thrash metal area, so you can't blame me for not beint a thrash metal fan. But I like to listen to more than that. I listen to almost all sorts of metal, especially progressive metal, progressive death metal, technical progressive death, etc. Give it time, maybe you'll develop a taste for progressive stuff
