jason didnt just spare him because of the kids. He became tired of all these secret agendas the cia kept giving him. He joined to save american lives and instead was stuck with hurting and destroying peoples lives for the upper echelons benefit. The kids were the final straw.

Honestly i cant really say this because I have never been faced with this problem myself , but i dont think that I would have any problem with killing someone because I would know that it was for a good reason in the end. You just have to have the courage to do what is nessisary. I dont like how Bourne could have fixed the whole problem and go back to being an agent again if he just wasnt afraid of killing people who needed to be killed. The book isnt like that. But the movies still real good.

@Camthemovieman1 Who determines the people who need to be killed? What did Wombosi do that needed to have him assassinated? It's one thing to kill someone like Bin Laden, who murdered thousands of people, but killing someone out of political expediency? I like to think there's a difference between doing the PRACTICAL thing, and doing the RIGHT thing. That's one of the things that makes us human, and makes this such a great scene.

I like that scene from 4:05 till 5:16, where Jason points his gun to the black guy's head but has trouble pulling the trigger because he sees the black guy's kids around him. Jason then makes the choice to spare the black guy, because of his kids being there. I guess this shows that Jason is still human. Great and awesome scene!

just helped kick the screws loose...
