I had a wonderful experience with customer service. They replaced a water purifying unit that was actually out of warranty, as long as I paid to ship the faulty unit to them. My sister's sanitizing unit malfuntioned and they promptly replaced the unit with a new one. She did not have to pay shipping because it was still under warranty. In my experience, Tersano customer service is outstanding!

This company has the worst customer service in the world. Just hope the crap you buy from them doesn't break down or you'll be running in circles trying to get help.

My recommendation - stay away and find an alternative.

We have made changes to the way we handle calls. We moved away from our original system and tried something new, using mainly pre-recorded messages.  This hasn't worked out the way we had planned and are moving back to our previous system so that we can get rave reviews again about our customer service.

I love this product! I own one and I use it for everything to clean and sanitize it takes out stains from my carpet and get's rid of mold and mildew Naturally just by using water!
