@dandy21M Im not sure if they improve your vision int he long term but when you wear them things are clearer. You can actually replicate the effect by curling your index finger so you only have a tiny gap to see through and then look at something you usually couldnt see without glasses.....if you dont understand what i mean, poke a hole in a piece of paper with the tip of a pen and look through it, but this way is less clearer.

I think this is fake, but i will try it, i have -20 left eye and -15 right eye, and i am desperate to improve my vision. This video does not give any scientific prove of the product, so... it could help, but it also could be a fake, Maybe the inventor of this method only tries to profit from our problem to make some money:)))

By the way, how much does a pair of this crap glasses cost?

I'm thinking of trying these because I've long used this trick when my contacts are out and trying to read the Dish Network listings from bed--always works. I form a pinhole by curling a finger up creating a small hole to look through at the tv. This always works and I can see clearly this way vice just looking normally at the screen. There's definitely something to this idea I just wonder if you can improve your eyesight permanently using these in combination with eye exercises.
