  • you are too short for tennis?

  • @vincnet11 homes i'm a giant

  • air will blew you off! he is misguiding! :@

  • Your back swing on the backhand looks really silly

  • oh no

  • hmmm not sure about usefulness of this one - you are supposed to split-step forward right as the opponent is about to strike the ball.

  • actually it isn´t so clever to play it like this, because u don´t get this natural swing u need for a good return in a match!!

  • you get good reaction time practice though

  • of course u get good reaction time but how i mentioned u can only get this feelings, how to hit the ball in the right moment, in a match, so u have play lot of matches since u can say, now i have the right moves to hit the ball very well

  • but it´s a good exercise for newcomer

  • Dude, I was talking about the Serve. I play semi-western myself and I play the modern game of tennis. I'm talking about your serve, you seem to be serving in eastern which isn't good. Of course you shouldn't use continental on your strokes, I mean they played like that a lot of decades ago.

  • Nice concept and idea. As the player warms up more, the intensity can be increased.

  • my serve comes faster than that wall bounce lol...

  • Not for kids... for everybody especially for teh grown up who play hard...

  • ...yea this might be a good drill for rec kids.

  • you suck

  • that last tennis shadow swing was nearly right

  • What kind of Racquet do you use?

  • i think it's a racket for kids.

  • I think he uses the Ncode N1
