WHAT? Trying to reduce lead levels????? I'm buying it up..... its a great investment! It's so toxic, includeing its manufactureing process that no locality wants a lead factory to go up.... so its COST is gunna go up! So invest in it now! How? Just scrounge around for scrap lead and stow it away... then sell it to dealers in another 10 years at a great profit!
