@SaitiOfTheSouth From what I've heard from people sometimes the foreign cards are the only ones you can find and to my knowledge it's actually more expensive to get them, not cheaper.

@SaitiOfTheSouth depends on the language. Asian Languages tend to cost more because of the writing system, while Spanish or something would be cheaper because it uses a similar system to english. Some Chinese cards also have different art, because of government sanctions which changes the price.

It pretty much depends on your region
