@LoftheJRF Because for every time someone drinks and then gets behind the wheel and kills someone there are a thousand times they drink and do not. Plus they tried making it illegal and it was disastrous as the current war on drugs is, Plus the government does nothave the rigt to regulate what one puts i their bodies.
