One of the sensors is off in the drive. One sensor to eject the disc might be burned out already. You have a defective drive! Return it to wherever you bought it and get an exchange! If you can't then you will have to buy another drive off of ebay and replace the drive with another or if worst case senerio you will have to buy another PS3! Hope this helps.
Try buying a blu ray drive for the ps3
