The sub is bottoming out against the back plate! Sounds like it is clipping too. Id either get a bigger box tuned to 35Hz or swap the sub for something better. Screw Alpine! Go for a specialist brand like RE Audio, JL Audio, Ascendant Audio, Fi, SNG Audio, MTX... The options are endless!
