Liz thank you so much for your continued support. This was one of my first videos but I've forgot to upload it. I've lost 16 lbs since then. Haven't put up recent videos because my camcorder broke. Waiting for a new one.

You are so much braver than me because you are willing to put yourself out there for the world to see and admit your insecurities. I admire your strength and I walk beside you in your weight-loss journey. I have about 70 lbs. to lose and am going about it using the Weight Watchers system, eating whole organic foods (mostly fruits, veg, and whole grains), and doing light exercise because of chronic pain and injuries.

U don't know how much I truly appreciate hearing those words. I was frightened to death to put up this videos and you don't know how many times I've erased them. I did because another youtuber did it and it inspired me. I felt like this was the missing link. I do not care to fail before the watching world, so now I have to do it. When I get comments like this, that's when I know, I'm really not alone. Thank you.

Thank U much for the compliment, but I don't look exactly like that anymore, I'm 16 pounds lighter now. This was about two months old, but, I didn't put it up. I don't know how I overlooked it.
