You are talented. Personally, I liked the tempo, and you shouldn't let other people tell you what tempo to play, you should make it sound the best to you (but I'm sure you know that).

Hi Sherry, I just listened to Yiruma's original recording of this song and it seems he plays a faster tempo and stresses the right hand with dynamics to bring out that 4-note theme/melody. I think that's the proper way to play it; not to impugn your interpretation though :) You're still ichiban on my list!
Oh really? XD Hah why am I failing miserably at playing Yiruma's works. Yeah, it's either because I've never heard of it and went with my own feelings for the song, or because I've heard of it a loooong time ago, but I just don't remember how it sounds like anymore. XD

Yeah, it helps to listen to the piece before hand, esp. for difficult pieces; not that Yiruma songs are difficult for u, though for I do find some pieces challenging - esp pieces with long-short alternating rhythms, but I noticed contemporary scores don't include commentary on how it's supposed to be played; you know...all those Italian words. Don't you have the songs in audio? I can't wait for "It's Your Day", it's a fun one. Don't disappoint me LOL j/k XD
I do have them, but after listening to all of them nonstop several years ago, I kinda got tired of listening to them. LOL. If you think I'm crazy about Yiruma right now.. you don't know half of it when I was in middle school LOL. I'll do my best on It's Your Day! I'm actually taking the time to PRACTICE this one rather than learning it in a few tries with sloppy mistakes, hahah.

Her playing is alright and sometimes the temp is really off.
