No thanks to his coaching. Dont get me wrong, I liked Tubby, still do and for anyone to say that he was a bad coach is clearly an idiot. When you think about it, did any of those NBA drafters even come close to peaking while at KY? His coaching has one fundamental flaw thats kept him from building an elite team and thats the ability to transition the good into stars, and stars into the elite. Everything else is perfect, and thats why hes flourishing at Minn, hes able to turn the bad into good.

I think playing Tenn did has some influence on him. In the interview after the game you can hear him mention about wanting to win this game @Tenn, no matter what, because he had never done so in his 1st 2 years of playing.

To me personally, this game was just as exciting to watch as the 96 Championship game. Phenomenal, what a great day to be a Wildcats fan!

Hopefully this game will light a fire under a very talented Tenn team, and with help from Ark, help put the SEC back on the map.
