Howcome there is so many smoking things coming down when there is only 5 big engines where the smoke should come? Does anyone know did they found the bodies or did they turn to dust in that explosion?
The bodies were found underwater, eventually. Most were wearing their personal emergency air packs, with 2 minutes of air consumed, which indicated they had survived the explosion and the fall all the way to the sea... Nobody knows if they were conscious or not, however, the air packs contained air, and not pure oxygen, and the crew compartment must have depressurized, so they must, hopefully, have fainted shortly after.
No whole bodies were recovered. The few remains that were recovered were buried in a common grave to honor the Challenger 7. According to Wikipedia, it was determined that 3 of 4 emergency air packs were activated, indicating that there were some survivors of the initial explosion.
Your looking carefully at the situation? Your space ship blew up! THAT'S THE PROBLEM!

The only thing right about this statement is that their bodies were found under water and the crew module depressurized.
