I know a few shortcuts... not really glitches

one is where you do Ambush in the Lighthouse as Sandy... although that's a pretty easy one...

another in which you play as Patrick right before you get into that cave... the islands that you have to jump around before you get there... if you time your jump on one of the island's ledges... you'll get stuck and Hans comes out and grabs you

Interesting! I found a glitch in the Memalair. When you get to the end of area one, jump to the coral wall on the right and keep jumping around, you should be able to live on the wall
