It's all the choruses singing together. It occurs exactly after the last song sung. I was in that last choir, I wouldn't have had time to change into something. Oh well.

This is a POP's concert the school does every year and all the choruses sing different songs, choreographed and costumed, meaning that the group before this song would not have time to change into something different and if one chorus doesn't then non can. Why does it matter anyway. It still sounds nice!
