hey, i would like to bulk up a quite a bit after this season. Im a post/midrange player so sometimes i need to post up on way bigger and stronger kids. However, i'm 14, 6'1 and can dunk so I was wondering if you have any answers as to how i could bulk up and not lose my vert/agility? thanks:)

hey Coach Stein, my season ended. Now I got time till next year Febuary which i will be playing with my juniors and seniors. i need to build up physically. As in really get 'big' if possible. I'm only 14 this year with 120lbs squat and 100lbs bench press. Any idea of any other exercises for muscle gain and gaining weight. As in gaining muscle mass. Hope to hear a reply from you soon

I know, most gyms don't. We have created a pretty special training environment. However, it's not WHAT you do... it's HOW you do it! You can still follow the same concepts... just use whatever equipment you can!

I like the direction of your training. I would like to offer a couple of suggestions. First, I know this video doesn't represent every exercise you do, but how about keeping your arms and hands up when doing rebounding or dunking exercises. I find that in real game time situstions I rarely have time to bring my arms down and get off a free swinging static jump. I tend to keep my arms up square up my hips and go up for the rebound or dunk .
Push-ups and squats are not a pre-requisite for the MVP Program... you can go ahead and get on the program now! The program can easily be modified for any strength level.

Hey Alan,
