The program is Final Cut Pro, I used it on the macs that we have at school. It's quite expensive and think it goes for.. 600$ minimum? Better to check it out for yourself lol.
even if they do have final cut, they definitely didnt put it to use in this video, hey guys, if you want free, good, sound fx search for freesound project on google you can download tons of good stuff for free, as far as your AE ability, mostly weak, but keep working at it...
Thanks for comment. Back when I was doing it at school, the macs didn't have internet connection. So I thought a cheesy sound effect would suffice lol. Since then I have plenty of more experience with FCP.

Yes it did :O
This was done frame by frame, about 10 layers of video used, and 8 hours. That was before I knew how to use the motion tool lol.
