  • The reason is because, the chances that you got the car on the first pick is 1/3, while the chances you got a goat is 2/3. When you switch, you get the opposite of the thing you picked.

  • I know how it works. But you just showed that sticking to your door gives you a chance of 1/3. Wich is the obvous part of the story and not the core of the problem. Then you say if you don't get it by now i'm an ideot... that seenes kinda odd...

Well perhaps hab to explain it so often that you lost track a bit ;)

  • @ComplainBear I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that English isn't your first language.

  • Hahaha, oh Man! Hey lets just put it this way:

    Two questions:

    1. Is there a bigger chance the prize is behind the door one has picked or behind one of the other two doors? Good.

    Now:

    2. Behind which one of those two? (perhaps the one with the goat, hmm?)

  • In 50 games I played I won 25 times and 100 games I played I won 51 times.

  • In 50 games in which I switched, I won 40 times.

  • you are so wrong i did it 200 times and won 199 the one i lost i spilled my milk. so thats why that why if you stay u will win ever time this guy is a goofball.

  • @matt02sim I switched 100 times and I stayed 100 times. When I switched, I won 55 times. When I stayed, I got a boner.

  • Small world... :)

  • QUESTION: How do you do videos that show your sceen in action?!

  • Five Stars!!

  • Didn't seem TOO complicated, but I can see how at first glance someone could get it wrong.
