how did you recover from your shoulder injury? I got injured mines 2 months ago and since then i cant do chest, every time i move my arm in a "big circle" motion, my shoulder bone clicks and when I try doing dips the bone kinda like jumps which is freaking uncomfortable =[
The gloves are "ATA® PU Palm #32001310" Put that in google and it should come up. You can use any basic work glove with a rubber coat though. Bare hands work the best performance wise..but they bleed quickly too. No matter how much you do it. Try to use only gloves with good grip and only for bar work. Slippery gloves can lead to BIG falls. Trust me! I used to use gloves with a slippery grip for what I thought was an easier transition. Mistake. lol Oh yeah try not to vault with them either. lol

I separated the AC joint in my left shoulder. lol. I missed a couple weeks of work and did nothing at all for 3 weeks. I started going light on it about a week ago, this is probably the most stress I have put it under since and I haven't felt any problem yet. I am just going to avoid any overhead movement or pressing for awhile. I am very optimistic on the recovery though =D
You said you were "training"... how did you train for this? Did you take gymnastics or something?
