The matter of the Three Oaths in the Talmud or the proscription against secular Zionism gets a bit too complicated, however, I understand the haredim are exempt from military service even if they are not exactly banned from serving?

This also proves my original point that Israel's arabs have more rights than arabs in arab countries. They have free speach, they vote and have parliamentry representation.
There are also arab judges on Israel's courts. How many Jewish judges in arab countries?

Let me just refresh you memories about Irgun. 1937, March 2 Arabs killed on Bat-Yam beach(civilians). 1938, April 12 2 Arabs and 2 British policemen were killed by a bomb in a train in Haifa. Wow, the Irgun even invented the bomb atacks way before Hamas did... Thats a nice state!
