do you ever feel like your healthy eating and work outs have a negative impact on your social life, what with time spent working out? and what about meals/dinners out, do you just let yourself have the day off? how do you figure out what's the healthiest option and do you ever feel awkward if you are picky? just wondering :) wish i was as motivated as you are!
@bc3000 Not really. I tend to workout either with a friend or alone in the morning (before Andrew is awake and this time it was before Laura is awake) as for eating - I eat what I want and they can eat what they want. When I go to someone else's house I just eat smaller portions. I do have days off but I really enjoy eating well:) Healthiest is always going for REAL food - lean proteins, veggies and fruits:) That's what I go for when it doubt!

ya everytime I do decline pushups I always use a stability ball.
I am the same way with my biceps, they are not quite at the point where I can see the definition without flexing, but I know I will get there
