I am a University history graduate specializing in the history of both China and Japan and can tell you that your argument of "TIBET IS A PART OF CHINA - ALWAYS HAS BEEN" is completely false. Also to say that china spends money on infrastructure is not the pertinent issue when speaking of China in tibet. This is an interview between Mike Duffy(long time political correspondent/analyst for the Canadian news broadcaster CTV) and Lu Shumin, the Chinese Ambassador to Canada (aired on March 24th).

During the interview CTV presented footages of NEPALESE police dealing with protesters as evidence of China's violent crackdown on Tibet protests. Way to manipulate the News CTV!
