I wish posing like this came back. Even at the end when he showed off his calf. That was awesome! Modern posing involves pulling up your trunks like its a thong, and doing pelvic thrusts and booty shakes like a cheap stripper while using your hand to "pump up the audience".... Not something I'd want to take my child or family to see.. This routine is inspiring and I can see a wide eyed kid get their first motivation to become a bodybuilder from something like this.

You can tell that this guy is an older bodybuilder, by the way he poses and not dances on stage. Great posing routine, I'm so tired of all the costume's and dancing in the routines these days. Wish the bodybuilders of today would quit trying to re event the wheel when it comes to posing. I do not go to a bodybuilding show to watch men shake there A** on stage. Thats what the women's fitness and figure competition is for. :)

I was fortunate to share the stage with Rusty back in 04' at the NPC Az. Open. He was an AWSOME Athelete then and still is! Or was that the NPC Southwest Regionals 03' in Az.. Still, he's an incredible act to watch!

I know right, he looks great for his age, his bust has an incredible symmetry and mass. The only thing is that for competitions, he could be a overall more cut, especially in his quads and back, but besides that, he is truly impressive!

He just gets better and better with the years. I've been watching him since the eighties. Even without the hair he's one handsome dude. Although he's smooth and shaved here, between competitions he has a great hairy muscle-bear body. Very fluid routine... Just beautiful. Couple of movements of Beethoven's 7th symphony are also great music selections for competition.

 Wow, What a show! The choriography was great. You showed awesome timing to the music. Nice music also. The muscle was symetrical, "popping" at just the right time.
