Pretty sure he means "up to 400 farads" since no EDLC I'm aware of can take more than about 3V (typically 2.3, 2.5 or 2.7 rated). The capacitor he is holding when he says 400v has 2.7v written on the side of it. Easy slip to make - so correction is not meant as a criticism.
maybe in siberia with a 40 yo diesel truck you maby let him idle all night long,
but today you wont do it, the oil prices is too high and the technology in a new diesel trucks are much better. trust me i has bin driving trucks for the last 10 years and i think i know. but i like the video.
