@brucenatelee It is a fake. I saw it originally on a doujin fighting game website. A person linked this specific site and asked if it was real. Everyone said you CAN make Mugen with these characters. But its stand-alone game. Nope. Its a fake. There is no game that is this game.

And its actually quite different than XBL and PSN because..........these are free...........and............­......XBL and PSN doesn't have a huge amount of anime games. PSN has an anime game.......but its like 50 bucks.
