The Fist thing I need is control of the horses Shoulders so lots of backing and rollbacks on the fnece as well as backing circles. Then I trot lots of very small circles and work on moving the shoulders. Slide stops requier the rear end to stop and the front end to keep working and spins require a simialr action.
