I think for the 4th Jak and Daxter Jak should've found out that his younger self was in trouble again so he has to go back to the world in the first game and have it kind of Similar to 'Daxter' where he's doing his own thing and he sometimes sees his past self in various cutscenes. And who should be the bad guy? Gol of course, coming back from his apperant doom in dark eco, battling Jak after the first game ends. Thumbs up if that sounded better this TLF crap?

The original Jak and Daxter was great, the new ones can't hold a candle to it. One of the things I liked about it was the mystic and primitive quality of the game's setting. going 500 years into the future and getting guns? That was a bit much

TLF isn't a spinoff. It's as main a game as the others. Certainly not Jak IV, but a main game anyway. Considering the ending of TLF, whatever Jak game we get afterwards is probably gonna continue directly off of that.

no, insomniac made the first three games, the company thats making j&d: tlf made secret agent clank and size matters. sac is considered the worst game in the series, and sm when it was ported to the ps2 was exactly the same and generally recieved negative reviews.

well, high impact games was formed in 2003, by former members of both insomniac and naughty dog, ratchet and clank 2 was made in 2003. i do not know the exact date high impact games was established, but i can assume it was formed before before the release of the second game. therefore, while thehy may have worked on the second game, the only r&c game released while they were working there was the original. high impact games is making the new j&d, and they alone made only sac and sm.
