@GzGeo20 Im using a Canon GL2, I dont remember if I had the rode mic at that time. but you can also get a regular handy cam and buy a tascam digital handheld recorder or even just a recorder that offers a compressor. This is what makes the sound from distorting.

esta muy bonito el ritmo pero como baterista q soy eso no es salsa eso es SONGO en la salsa se utilizan tinbales y vos no los tienes .....

@passhun4musik emmm mis maestros no me dejan ni grabarme ni grabar ya que la percusión latina es muy minuciosa en especial la percusión cubana man pero si puedo orientarte en algo estudia a Changuito con el aprenderás de todo, Claves, Marchas, Estilos, Ritmos etc... Normal mente cuando yo toco este tema q tu tocas en el vídeo no toco songo si no que cambio el patrón por un meren-songo. eso man bendiciones y el aprender es primero que los vídeos y todas esas cosas primero hagamos lo primero.

@jonny72007 I hope to have that soon. I recently twisted my ankle so ive been trying to recoup with that. Then been busy with business but I hope to having something up soon. The old church is El Sendero in San Antonio. The church im currently attending is Redeemed Christian Church of God San Antonio, its a black gospel/nigerian church.

@passhun4musik I like the Latin styled rhythms you use in a gospel setting. I wish the video wasn't so short, but I enjoyed the few seconds you had on this clip. I have a question for you; Is there any way possible that you can break the sticking pattern down with all your other limbs included? I want to develop this so I can use it.

@marlablakely the pattern that i use would go like this.

kick+hihat, snare, kick, hihat, kick, snare, hihat, snare, kick, hihat, kick, snare, hihat.

and the pattern continues and then you can do fills and so on from there. I learned it from a friend like 10+ yrs ago and just change it up here and there, like extra kicks or hats. ex.

kick+hihat, snare, kick, hihat, kick, kick, snare, hihat, snare, kick, hihat, kick, kick, snare, hihat.
