Not bad. looks like those tires could kick a truck up high, or throw it off to the side. Was this show in a horse arena? That might explain the lack of crush cars. Not too sure about the body, either go full 60's Ford body or go modern, the mix is kinda weird.
ya i got to agree with the comments on here that was lame. i mean a hill n them tires to run over cmon even u know that was lame. bring in some crush cars n more trucks n if u dont got the money to do thst then dont havea show at all n wastes ppls money n time . how much were those tickets btw ???
this guy sucks he was here this year and all he did was reverse and then go forward and pop a wheelie.. ive been to the mudd bogs every year and this guy sucks ..
By putting all the weight in the back Mike realized he can make it go vertical every time. Was the first with many inovations, many of which are still in use today, won the 1st televised "race". To compare a Welch truck with one that costs 3 times as much with 600 more horsepower is crazy. Mike has always compensated for lack of money with engineering. Creativity and imagination are never lacking with Mike Welch, congrats for being around from the start!
Boring waste of money. The last time I saw a Mike Welch "event" I almost fell asleep. When was the last time he put on a monster truck "race"? If you are happy to pay your own hard earned money to watch some monster trucks bounce over some tractor tires and some hillbilly yocals drive through some mud, go ahead, that's your freedom, just count me out.
great video of a great monster truck. i was at the show working with mike welch. the show was alot of fun and that neat wheelstand that mike did off of the wheelie bump worked just like we thought it would. put as much of this show on here as you can
He wasn't nearly that good. Monster Moose, ad captain USA put on a way better show! But it was funny when he nearly ran into the suport beam. I think he was like a couple of feet way.
It look interesting.

@bustyrandit yes, this was in the County Fairgrounds main horse arena. Not a lot of room.
