I wish I had one of their CD's. I hope they are still kickin' it back in Lawrence, KS!! I did an internship back there in '02 and used to listen to these guys kill it at one of the awesome bars back there. These guys are awesome. The lead singer always reminds me of Johnny Knoxville with those shades.
I know they're great! It's kinda funny, my band teacher, John White was one of the people who originally formed the band. he's got posters hanging in the room that all have to do with 'The Band that Saved the World'. He tells use AWESOME touring stories. He's a great guy.
lol, he once told us a story last year about when he was in school and their band teacher was gone. The sub was this 80 year old guy who said his dad was a civil war veteran. 0_o
We have a Christmas tree in the band room now!! It's cool cuz everyone is like bringing in ornaments and stuff!!! AND MY COMPUTER IS FIXED!!!! that's like the highlight of the week!
