dude... you should only take 1 pill for a day! 4 pills are to much. with m double you 5 stack you can use 4 pills but not with xtreme! :)

iv taken 2 in the morning before and 2 in the afternoon. I still feel like theres better products out there on the market. I did not loose to much fat from it.
