According to many different myths, and conclusions from many different, perhaps questionable sources, there won't be much after 2012. DOOMSDAY. Then again I have to keep pressing forward and remain hopeful that the actions I take now, will lead to a better tomorrow. Ron needs to run again, at the very least to get the message out to more people.

I'd like to see the Republican Party remake itself in Ron Paul's image. We need small government at home and noninterventionism abroad. As John Quincy Adams said" America is the friend of liberty everywhere,but is the guarantor only of its own. " We need to bring the troops home;not just from Iraq and Afghanistan,but from everywhere. We should freely trade with everyone and otherwise peacefully coexist with anyone who will let us.But if anyone come to America to hurt us,we will crush them!

Ron, I agree with everything you say, almost. My issue with Iran is they want to destroy Israel; drive them to the sea. Those other nations you mentioned have not said they intend to destroy another. China still claims Taiwan, but not the same thing.

You are misinformed about Iran wanting to destroy Israel - no such statement was ever said by their leader and there is zero chance of Iran attacking Israel. They know retaliation would be swift and devastating if they were to do that. Do you think the Iranians want to commit suicide? If you do you have no understanding of these people. Please educate yourself - learn about Iran and its people, the vast majority want the same things in life you want.

Did you know that there are Jews that lived there before Israel existed that think the land should be given back to people who lived there before? But do you think that Zionist will ever lose control of the Israeli government? I don't think so .. Therefore there will always be tension between Israel / Iran until one is defeated..

I also am a supporter of Israel .. BUT
1) attacking Iran will not stop them from getting nuclear weapons - only slow them down.
2) If Iran obtains nuclear weapons, they'll end up being used against Israel (at some point).
3) US will be bankrupt soon (or very devalued) and they will no longer be able to police the world - making the world a much more dangerous place.
Tough situation - I don't see a solution that doesn't have World War 3 as an outcome ..

Friedman believed that to stave off inflation you contract the money supply.
Keynes believed that to stave off inflation you raise interest rates.
Q-So if you increase the money supply, and lower interest rates, what's going to happen?
A-A double whammy of inflation.
