To also extend the answer to that question is that in the comic book it talks about Juno Eclipse coming back to Corellia and rebuilds Proxy and they share their tale of the secret apprentice.

In the sequel Proxy returns and tells Starkiller about to not underestimate Boba Fett.

@jamesgravil It's not "hard" to get him, but with THIS kind of work quick availability over a broad time span for retakes etc. is highly important, James Earl Jones is a busy man in high demand, it's just more efficient and easier for all involved to use someone else.

This is the thing I hated most about Episode III, James Earl Jones only had about three lines in that whole film. That aside, we haven't actually heard "Darth Vader" for over two decades. It would be nice if Earl Jones reprised his full role in this game. Would certainly sway a lot of hardcore SW fans.

When you look at stuff like this, it shows how much important sound is in a product.  Lord of the Rings trilogy for example, if you seen the behind the scenes footage of the sound design and the mixing being done, it just goes to show the hours of work that the teams had to go through in order to mix sounds perfectly together with the visuals.
