Unless I'm having some type of a party every day, or I'm going to a party every day I really don't worry about serving, or eating "unhealthy" things at a party...because it's not an every day thing. Parties are my time to splurge here and there. When I have a party I always make sure I have some food that "dieters" would eat, like a fruit bowl, raw veggie tray, hummis and my famous little pizzas made on whole wheat flat bread (everyone loves them). The rest of the food is gooey and savory. YUM

Seems to me like the taco shells will crack and create a mess all over the table, plus people eating them out of napkins = fillings and bits of broken corn chips everywhere.

The crock pot and fruit skewers are cut though...
