  • I think these are pilot whales, which are fairly common in Florida and are often just a bit larger than dolphins.

  • Great sighting and video! These are not right whales, they are sperm whales! Sperm whales are the only large whale with the blowhole far forward on the head and positioned on the left side. Sperm whales also have a small rounded dorsal fin. Right whales do not have a dorsal fin. Great sighting! Do you have coordinates or a position estimate?

  • i dont know how to tell u this but i live in florida and on the coast and there dolphins ive seen hundreds of them. ITS NOT A WHALE!
