my cat just did that, but she looks possessed or something. I already fed her tonight and she just came home meowing her head off, I thought she had been run over something. I come out and find a mouse, shes all proud of it then tried to eat the dogs food? I only fed her an hour or so before hand. So I wrapped up the dog food and put it away, so she goes and eats the mouse, from the head first.....made the same crunching noise, she ate the tail and everything.
