I would have the DH in BOTH leagues, not just in the regular season, BUT in the All-Star game, and the postseason (including the World Series). I could live without the DH in spring training games. Each year on a rotating cyle, one team would get 9 games at their ballpark versus their opponent who will receive only 6 games.

The postseason format would be: The top 3 division champions and the BEST NON-DIVISION WINNER FROM EACH LEAGUE, make the playoffs. If the wild-card team from each league has a BETTER RECORD than the DIVISION CHAMPION, the wild-card team would RECEIVE THE HOMEFIELD ADVANTAGE in a MLB playoff series whether it's a best of 5 or a best of 7 game playoff series.
