Nice video! I like the different progressions, especially 0:50. I need to get my bridge strong again first. Thank goodness for muscle memory!! I have been doing what I call bridge push ups where I'm in a bridge and I slowly lower my head to headstand and then I push back up into a bridge. Is that an OK exercise and will that help with my bridge at all or am I just asking for trouble (injury) with that movement? :)
@sarajernigan We would recommend just holding the bridge with straight arms. You can also practice walking your hands down the wall to a bridge and holding a handstand against the wall to gain strength. Keep stretching your shoulders and your bridge will be back in no time.
