Cool video man. I've got a question for anyone who knows: How do you clean out your bags? Is water enough? Because I imagine, since the hash itself isnt water soluble, it's more like oil, you can't really clean it off well with water...you can only move it around a bit like he shows in the video.

So I'm worried the mesh in my bags will fill up with leftover from earlier spins, certainly the small micron ones.

@lennythecow123 In normal circumstances they always use a blender or paint stirrer. Just remembers that you don't need to cut the material (like with a high speed blender), but just bounce it against the ice. The material must be as close to frozen as possible and then you use friction and ice to bounce of the stuff you actually need...the trichromes

@ZaggaPooNagi it matters per grower,if by chance yopu work for a comercial marijuana industry that provides contractor bags to throw in dumpster,you would use clean it out per bud down to how clean tou feel,all big sun leaves and dirt ect causes low qulaity,the cleaner the better,if you only use trim from buds it will be a supreme,if you only use buds it will actually be less or equal than the trim,trim is usuaslly all trichromes,the owner of vid is obvious knowing how and whats up,ice coldiceic

i just got my answer about the screens on part 8 sorry I should have watched til the end til i asked any questions. how long do you keep the cheez in the sceens for? also do you have to crisp it before you roll it or is it naturally crumbly? here in the maritimes (canada) i'm not sure how the local hash is made. someone once told me theres helecopter oil in it. lol. . but you need to hit it hard with heat before you roll it. i just cropped my first 2 plant wana make oil or hash. whatchu suggest?

I would do all my initial "mixing" in a plain bucket, without the bags. That way you minimize wear and tear on the bags. Then, after your 15 minutes of mixing, you can pour the cold mixture into the set of bags and proceed. Then, a bit of gentle shaking should also speed the settling of the trichomes to the bottom and increase your yield. You can also increase your yield by several bouts of pouring COLD water through the initial bag of mash (called "washings").

amazing. im a california marijuana patient and low grade hash is 15 dollars a half gram, 25 dollars for high grade. He said his biggest hash ball was around 7 grams. you do the math. He has supplied himself with enough hash for a year! a couple hours of work seem worth it

you can do it with bud to. Where I live we have plenty of indoor growers who will give you the fan leaves and trimmings for free so they dont have to get rid of it. I usually get around 12-18 grams of hash everytime I run the bags. The second batch will give you a little less, but Its still awsome quality. Nice video man
