wow, this is cool. However, I prefer ogre because you can compile it yourself to support 64 bit platforms unlike irrlicht which comes precompiled only in 32 bit.
wow, oops. Just looked at the site. I had read somewhere that irrlicht was closed source and had to be payed for to use with comercial applications. Not that one shouldn't donate if they use it for a comercial app - but licensing is always a nucianse.
Hey Chris - nah, haven't used ODE lately, but I saw in my my RSS reader that they have made some important bug fixes lately. I'm more doing website dev stuff at the moment.

irrlicht is very very much easier to compile than ogre, just make without the need of any overcomplex reconfig...
