I have tored my ACL 4 times along with PCL and other ligaments as well.The healing process and strengh conditioning required depends of the replacement used.Artificial replacements heal much more quicker than organic but either way you need 8 months for a full recovery.Being a high level athlete with a team of experts behind you will get you there even faster i suppose.
