At about 5:30 you say with a 0.35mm nozzle to use about 0.32mm carve width, or 80%. Should it be less than 80%, so <0.28mm and 0.32mm was not quite right? I ask because 0.28 was working out for me, I switched to 0.32mm and am having adhesion problems with a 0.35mm nozzle.
Thanks for taking the time and effort to make such an excellent tutorial about Skeinforge! It certainly is one of the more complicated (and interesting) parts of open source 3D printing. I really appreciated it and learned stuff i did not know before.

At 13:22 you say sinking infill can be fixed two ways. One by lowering temps, what's the other?

You can do it either way, but if the hot end is not warmed up you might break it

Should the 100mm be measured with the hot end removed or installed and running hot?
