I wonder if it's difficult to add subtitles to video using a PC program. I know someonw who could translate the Dutch talk into English text.

I also started reading Rijn's DX TV reports in Roger Bunney's column back in 1979.

AVS Video Editor should be an easy program to use for adding subtitles, as it allows you to place the text in certain timeframes. I take it you use it as well judging by the way you have edited your videos. Surely other videos I've seen on Youtube also use AVS for subtitles as the editing is very similar to what I have done using the same program.
