what most of you dont understand the hospitals wont take patiens who have taken bath salts because of this reason. all they will do is sit there and come off the high.
watch the other videos 2-6. I feel sorry for him! cruel and unusual punishment for sure! emt doesnt even get final response from DR, big blue sticks him in back room, no water, no med. aattention, no contact of next of kin!
Oh, fyi, its odd how BPD is VERY resistant to sending an inmate to the hospital while incarcerated!! to avoid the costs, they'd rather release them. ~look into this! it is soooo true~!
they didnt take him to hospital because he was to be watching him!! All kevin wanted was water! He even says "FRESH" water. when givin his 1st drink, he spits some out, but does swallow some. After that, he spits again and says, NO! I dont believe it was decent water. Later, the same cop gets more "water" and leaves it sit mockingly out of reach for nearly an hour. They attempt to give him more, but he tries to see whats in it and the officer denies him again. This whole incident is outrageous!!
They just stand around the whole time; doing nothing. One guy, calls the hospital to ask if they "want" him. ("..all you're gonna do is chemically sedate him." Much better than what ended up happening.) The person on the other line hangs up b4 giving him the Dr's answer!! He tries to call, a couple times, and didnt even dial enough #'s on one attempt. he BPD called the off-duty dispatcher(Big Blue) in to "closely moniter" the guy.. he sticks him in the back room as soon as the "boss" leaves.
He may be f*cked upon the salt, but the cops clearly handled this terribly!! they are completely justified in restraining him. They obviously are un qualified to handle this situation! Saying that he was hallucinating was the worst thing they could tell him! He could think it is all part of the hallucination.Even the cop says "...in 17 yrs i've never handled a situation like this..." Therefore, they should have called EMT's much sooner than they did!! Then, the emt's wouldn't give him water!
this guy is an idiot, the things a addict will do/use to get a high. I think BPD did a good job. Not a whole lot you can do for someone who doesn't care what they put in their body to get a high. JUST PLAIN STUPID!!!! Totally agree with the cops, how the hell can this stuff be legal to sell? Look at the package who would buy it for what it is market for?
