  • That's what I'm talking about! Good for you, mom and dad! And good for her! Building kids' bodies to be fit and strong while they're young will help them for years and years to come. If they keep that "no quit" attitude, they will probably be paying for their own college with athletic scholarships too! (BONUS!)

  • Honestly you should teach your daughter better techniques for her squats and push ups but not to bad for an 8 year old. I am 15 and stopped doing crossfit to do starting strength to gain more weight and it focus's a lot on good techniques about lifting. But keep her going and she will go far! haha would probably wup me in metcon's in a few years =]

  • Kid looks intense!! But would work on her form on the body squats as her knees go over her toes ..
