The host and the other guy was kind of a dick towards Sam Kennedy, and he doesn't have a clue what is going on here not does he believe Sam or in the Restore America Plan. He is just a doubting Thomas but we will see the proof he needs. Regarding the public official's bonds. These 'public officials' (most of whom now are attorneys) are the ones who write the laws (statutes). As the authors of these so-called laws they also have the knowledge as to how to exploit them and utilize the loopholes. How heinous is that? Plus, regarding their oaths, even if they swear an oath (which The Scriptures prohibit) they pray the Kol Nidre. It's a prayer that absolves their swearing the oath. (This is also done in secret of course.)

This Ralph guy just is not paying attention. Sam doesn't need ANYONE"S authority to do this so long as there are those who give their consent to him as the one among them knowledgeable enough to compose such document that they agree with. It's clear enough to me. Sam has more knowledge in his pinky toe than these interviewers have in their whole beings. STATUTES ARE NOT LAWS. We've all been waiting for someone to step up and finally offer some solutions rather than the usual pissing and moaning.
