  • Dude, loving your videos but try and have more fun in your videos, you always sound sad. I know this is not the case because my voice is kind of like this - deep and sounds as if I am bored sometimes, even if I'm not.

  • As always, on the ball! Sometimes you gotta state the obvious! Great vids Ryan! Thanks!

  • tip: if you are using normal earphones, put them through your shirt and into your pocket :)

  • Really good set of videos so far, keep going!

  • what is this the 90's? title should say iPod because no one has an mp3 nowadays.

  • @extremegamerxbox360 I have an Mp3 player .

  • I agree! This guy is great with good information regarding fitness. He deserves way more subscribers. His videos are always good to watch.

  • Im amazed you dont have more subscribers? All your videos are good enough to hold 250,000+ subscribers! Kepp up the good work!

  • If it's rock music, I love listening to System of a Down, older Soundgarden albums, and Metallica. If it is techno/dance music, I usually make my own mixes that consist of Tiesto, Guetta, etc. Techno for when I am doing cardio or light weight/fast rep workouts, and rock for when I need to grind out heavy lifts.
