@gowikipedia I think anyone with half a brain realizes this is unhealthy. Also, you misspoke. They are not "advertising" it. They are not forcing anyone to eat it. To follow your logic, you probably think it's evil for Andrew Zimmern to "advertise" eating scrambled eggs cooked in dirt? Your mentality which is pervasive in our country takes out any personal responsibility and lays it at the feet of others. Very sad.
Temperature for each stage of the cooking process must be measured at thickest parts of the meat and center of the stuffed item at least 120 degrees. (120 F ).
Deep frying an already Prepared Turducken ( uncooked) will never cook correctly in the center because it is too thick. Cooking it in stages and from the inside out will guarantee a proper cook and wellness.
I hopes to follow up with another video......Giving thanks to you all! See ya.
That was amazing! What a labor of (yummy) love! I've fried turkeys for Thanksgiving and have made a roast turducken (and nearly had a nervous breakdown in the process....) but this is the icing on the cake!!! Wowowowowowo! Happy Holidays!
Why the hell was there such hesitation to grab the leg? Like, no one wanted it. Such blasphemy is unacceptable!
Good job on the turducken! looks amazing!!

why is no-one questioning how bad this food is for you.? America is obese and heart disease is an epidemic, yet they advertise this crap!

DjYeLLoJeLLo 1 year ago
@DjYeLLoJeLLo Anything is possible if you put your mind to it; But I wonder how the stuffing will do in the fryer.

Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving.
Cook time for each bird was about 20-30 min. in stages
by the time your done removing the string, fryer is ready
to cook another. So cook time total is about an 1-2 Hrs.
Thanks all for watching, hope to see your Deep Fried Turduken on YouTube.
