@594JLP When the water bottle stores a pesticide known as Atroban, and includes permethrin, ethylbenzene, and xylene, and a guardian places the poison water bottle under the sink, where all the children obtained water bottles and fill with water.

I will never understand how 11 jurors were stuck in a "stand-off" with 1 juror, and over the course of lunch, the felony verdict of involuntary manslaughter allowed Futrell to walk out of court, free as a bird (time served)

I believe if the jury had known that she would not serve a day in jail, they would have convicted her. By law, the jury is ordered to consider the evidence, not the punishment. They were hung at 11-1 for First Degree, and they all caved into ONE person!

The jury was not allowed to know a lot of evidence, such as a police report made 14 months before Kayla was MURDERED, because once back with Mommie Dearest, Kayla recanted. Recanting did not remove the bruises the police reported!

Carolyn Futrell was sentenced to Involuntary Manslaughter in the murder of Kayla Yvonne Allen, age 7. She will not serve one second in prison because she had been in the jail for 20 months.

The whole system is corrupt. The Child protective services, the lawyers, and the judges. All these pyschopaths can do is try to dismiss the real evidence for the hearsay and falsified affidavits they normally get away with. Then again the corrupt system must keep this gravy train going in their own best interest. Now lets all stand around like sheep because the system says its illegal to speak out and if you do speak out your mentally ill.

Anyone who would fight biological family for years to gain custody, only to give the child two sedating antidepressants, then Atroban pesticide that is intended for pig, sheep, and cattle farms, must be a psychopath. Carolyn Futrell still has custody of her two sons! Released on bond, without any stipulations!

CRUCIFY HER! What a MONSTER! Why would she not be in jail immediately? I'll tell you why: because she was a foster parent.

DCFS doesn't care if a child/children are murdered by their foster parents.

In this particular case, she worked for a law firm, she thinks she will get away with murder, and I do not think that she realized how many people would come together for one little girl. 7 year-old Kayla told the police, school, therapist, and a few others while NC DSS turned a blind eye and deaf ear!

SCREW DCFS! Send the neglegent investigating social-worker(s) to prison, right along with her! They're just as guilty, if not MORE! Look at "Kidnapping in California" and the response vid of the dad I have on there. DCFS takes kids who do not belong to them and shouldn't belong to them. This problem is nation/worldwide!
